It's okay.
The Good:
+The game doesn't have any glitches that I can see.
+Concept is alright.
The Bad:
-Only one level.
-Graphics are pretty bad.
-It's annoying to play (Why is the turn speed so slow? It's impossible and/or a waste of time to shoot zombies coming from behind.
-The automatically shooting character was very silly.
-Why do zombies instantly die when they hit you? Once again, silly.

+The idea! Playing through multiple levels at once is genius.
+Great presentation.
+The extra features (rewind and see all levels at once) are a nice touch.

-Does get old fairly quickly.

-Had quite a few cheezy sound effects (whoever did the voice acting for the Taunting and the battle sounds failed pretty hard)
-Balance seems to be way off. The normans dominate everything with their knights and uber archer units. This might be historically accurate, but doesn't make a good multiplayer game.
Final Words: I'm truly amazed. You could charge people to play this.

+Looks like it's one of your first flash games, and for that, it's not bad.
+Limited ammo is a nice idea

-Very simple. Gets old fast.
-Higher rounds should be more difficult (targets moving faster, less ammo)
-When you run out of ammo, the game should give a Game Over message and restart.
Final Words: As for suggestions, add more to the game. IE: Power-ups (shortly giving ulimitted ammo, nuking all nearby targets, etc) RED targets that give a penalty when hit, some backgrounds. An interface (menu, options, tutorial, etc) Would be nice as well.
